Thanks for coming to the community.

Can you try and connect to a different network as below,

• iPhone – Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF

• Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

• Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

Also, can you try restarting the device and now try your data.

You can check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad > This will show as ticked if roaming is activated.

When logged in to your My EE account a chat option will show who can help if you need it.

Hi Leanne - this is now beyond ridiculous, other than WiFi and being able to use WhatsApp away from WiFi my phone is utterly useless!! I do not get a live chat option and am sitting here thinking that everything I've heard about ee customer service is right.  I have tried every suggestion numerous times but nothing works. 😩😩😩
