Hi I've upgraded to an EE plan for abroad however it won't let me call or text. I get the same message when I land which tells me I can call. However when I attempt to it won't let me.
Hello @joshtaylor153 has roaming been enabled on your account? You can check by logging in to you MYEE account online and navigating to MYEE>Manage device:
