Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Can you try and select a different network on your device as below;

 

 

  • iPhone – Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF

 

  • Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

 

  • Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

It may be that your account is not set up for roaming.

 

You can check this and if needed turn this on as below;

 

If you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad > This will show as ticked if roaming is activated.

I’ve went in and pressed the unblock button but may take 24hrs so hopefully works.

In this case, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.

 

Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.

 

They will be able to get this looked into for you.
