I am on holiday in France. How do I enable roaming that will allow me to make calls? I have No Service showing on my iPhone.

I have pay monthly plan 20 pounds each month for 10 Gb data. Do you have any other questions? Please say them all in one chat, I’m sorry to be rude but you know I have traveled to Paris and nice for 6 days and I can’t solve the problem. And I can only reply when I have WiFi I’m feeling bad

Your account should be set up for roaming if you had a pay as you go account.
Have you tried a network reset on your iPhone?
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This will remove any saved WiFi passwords and will restart your iPhone for you.
Also, have you used your EE SIM card in the UK before you travelled?

Hi, I’ve tried reset internet it doesn’t work. I’ve used about 3 months in the UK before I travel.

I went into myee but can't find 'manage my device' in the menu.
When I try to open roaming on my device it is greyed out despite being assured that the £2 a day plan is activated.
How can get roaming to enable?

Thanks for coming here.
Can you try checking your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK, do they show as ticked?
