Hey guys I keep receiving an error 10 message each time I try to send a message and also can't make any calls. I got to Germany yesterday and hasn't worked since.
I'm on a personal Account and the suggestions I have read in other posts haven't worked.
Can anyone help me out?

Yeah I can use my data and have received calls and texts but cant call out or send texts

Hi @Alex49 and welcome to the community.
So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
iPhone: Go to Settings > Carrier and turn off Automatic. Wait until available networks appear, which might take two minutes. Tap the carrier that you want.
Android: Open the Settings menu >Tap More > Mobile Networks > Carrier and turn off Automatic. Wait until available networks appear, which might take two minutes. Tap the carrier that you want
Please, also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using the format of 00447********* and try using data.

I've tried manually selecting a network but it will only connect to the one that is automatically selected anyway.
I have also tried calling someone at home with the 0044 and +44 format. Each time I have a voice message first in German and then in English saying that it can't connect as the number is not registered.

Nothing has come of this yet. I was told that I was going to have a representative look into it and get back to me.but have heard nothing yet.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
There is a letter R next to the signal strength bar if that is relevant?
Any options would be appreciated.

Yeah I tried with the information that he asked for and a bit more.
