Help! struggling in Amsterdam.

Help! Nothing working in Amsterdam apart from data. No voice calls or texts permitted back to UK. Reregistered but no change. All worked fine in USA so why am I having trouble in Europe?

Have you checked here:

Also have you tried doing a manual search for a network to see if that works? Try +44 or 0044, see if that makes a difference, make sure that your phone is not in airplane mode and try rebooting your phone.

Could you try logging into your My EE account and make sure that your roaming and international calling is enabled?

Could you try doing a manual network search and selecting a different available network?

 

Device type Steps
Apple Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF
Android Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
