Hello !why I can’t use roaming

I can’t use any connection in all country’s!No data , connection, anything!Can you do something!Thanks!

@Qni811  did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK? You might still be able to do this yourself by login to your online EE account and enable roaming also you'll need to enable call abroad and premium rate numbers then restart the device.
