Have been charged for double 120 minutea from anywhere addons?

Self explanatory really. Was traveling in China, using the 120 minutes from anywhere add-on, and have somehow been charged for double the number of addons I used, twice in a row (first bill I purchased 2 and was charged for 4, the second I purchased 1 and was charged for 2). To boot, I removed the addon immediately after returbing to the UK - and yet it is still on my account (meaning I'll be charged for it again!). 

 

While I'm complaining, it's worth noting that the EE app doesn't work well in central (kazakhstan and kygyzstan) and east asia (China) - current usage just comes up blank.

You need to call CS on 150 as there is no specific account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
