Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this as I used to get a text to give feedback after calling 150. I would like to say a big thank you to Nathan Reid from the Newcastle centre for his help this morning. We were struggling with connection problems in Spain and Nathan done all he could to assist us getting back online. He was patient and friendly throughout as I was trying to relay messages. It was greatly appreciated! If somebody could please pass on my message.
