Hello @paulasoeiro you can check if roaming has been enabled on your account by logging in to MYEE online and navigating to MYEE>Manage device. If it has not been enabled customer service on +447953 966 250 from another phone have access to accounts and can look in to this for you. If it is an EE personal pay monthly account you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. :):

Have you tried doing a manual network selection in settings?
