Error10

Hi. I am a business customer. I am in Kos and cannot make calls or texts. I get error 10 message.

 

I have rebooted but still the same.

 

Please help.

I can access internet. I can receive texts. 

 

I cannot send texts or make calls.

 

I have rebooted several times.

 

Please advise.

It sounds like you may have an international calling bar on your account.

 

Are you the account holder or authorised to make changes on the business account?
