I'm abroad in France and my phone doesn't seem to be allowing me to text/call.
Text messages are displaying -can't send message with EE error 10.
I've checked that roaming is switched on on my phone, that my account has roaming enabled, that the number format is correct (I've tried both +44 and 0044 for UK numbers) and tried manually selecting different networks.
Any help or advice please?

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?
If pay monthly, can you check you call abroad and premium rate calls are activated;
You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Call abroad and Premium rate calls > This will show as ticked if you're set up for making calls when abroad.
Do they show as ticked? if not, can you activate this?

Just went to check if my texts were working yet and not yet in unfortunately. Went to check my account settings and target annoyingly the call abroad and premium rate box was disabled again. I've clicked on it again to enable it.
Is there any way to sort up the process as I could really do with being able to use my phone fully from tomorrow? Thanks,
