I have a pay monthly plan that includes EU roaming, calls and texts. However this doesn't seem to be working. Is there anything I can do whilst abroad? I cannot text 150 or call the EE helpline.

@LibbyStraw Whilst you can use your allowance is abroad in the eu you still have to make sure roaming is enabled on your account before you leave the UK this is done by calling customer services or by texting roaming to 150 before you leave UK.
If you log into your account and wait for live chat window to pop up you can use this to request roaming to be enabled on your account
