Hi,

What tariff are you on?

Have you text ROAMING to 150 to establish if it's active on your account?

Thanks

Re: EE in Iceland

Iceland is in the EU & so you may use your UK allowances there as if you were in UK.

Re: EE in Iceland

Hi @Abbyace93

Thanks for coming to see us in community 🙂

You will be able to use your phone in Iceland, just don't stand next to the big freezers as they may block your signal 🙂

But seriously, Iceland will be amazing to go to, especially with the country just qualifying for the world cup.

I know you have been given some fantastic help so far from @Northerner and @XRaySpeX

Have a quick look at our EE roaming - Getting ready to use your phone abroad support article and this should help you.

Have a great time away.

Thanks

Richard
