Didn't activate 'International Pack' ??

Hello,

I bought the '£15 International Pack' while in London, but i don't think it ever 'activated' because I didn't send a text, make a call, or use the 50 mb of free data while I was in London.

im now in Germany and now that I'm in the EU I can't use any of those three (text, call, data), and I believe this is because I never activated my international pack, but now that I'm in the EU I can't call, text, or use data because I can't roam - so I can't activate my pack.

Is is my assumption correct? If so, can someone at EE activate my pack? I don't care about the free 50 mb, I just want to use my pack that I paid for.

Thanks

Re: Didn't activate 'International Pack' ??

EE SIMs need activating within the UK on EE's mobile network. You can either wait till you are back in UK or try calling EE. International Packs are intended for use in UK altho' can be used in EU for calling EU nos only.

"International Packs are intended for use in UK altho' can be used in EU for calling EU nos only"

Does this mean I can't use data outside the UK as well?

Thanks for the reply!
