Conscious of the recent bad press about network speeds when abroad, have we now resolved this and do we get full speed, or is that only for max plans only.

Thank you for taking the time to post this evening!
As of the 1st July 2018, EE removed their speed limitations on all plans that had the speed limitation in place (these were all plans, excluding the costumer Max Plan and all Business plans).
All customers on all plans should now experience full speed roaming.
If you run a speed test when abroad and you achieve network speeds above 2Mbps, the speed limitations have been removed. If you still receive speeds of 2Mbps, the speed limitations are still in place and have not been removed.
