I purchased the £4 a day add-on for 500mb of roaming data a day in the USA. This roaming data worked for 7 of the days but then I got a text saying I had ran out of roaming data and I had to buy more. Going to the data usage status page it says I have 500/500mb still available for today but every time I try and open a web page it takes me to the add-on purchase screen where it says I "already have a data add-on package for this country". Almost couldn't get an Uber due to this error and could have been left stranded. Very frustrating.

I am in the US as well and my data has been working fine for 4 days. At the midnight UK rollover time today (1600 Pacific) it stopped working.
Every time I browse to a web page it redirects me to add-on.ee.co.uk and shows this...
I have tried changing networks, reboots etc but seeing as someone else is having the issue from the US I suspect it is a problem @ EE!

Thank you but it is still doing it. I have rebooted the phone and even tried switching networks between AT&T and T-Mobile. The redirect happens to the ee.co.uk which says I already have data and still 500MB of my 500MB remaining.
Please help as this is very important it gets working!
