I just arrived in The USA and i have full bars and 4g showing but no data at all. Texts and calls work fine, no internet connection at all, and i’ve tried everything i found on google (with my hotel wifi). I texted TRAVEL to 150 but it answers i can’t have that add on. What can i do? I really need data, thanks

Have you any data allowance left from your plan month's allowance? If your plan month's allowance is > 15 GB, did you use at least !5 GB before you got to USA?
Are you on an EE Max plan or an Essential plan?

Can you try and select a different network in your settings;
iPhone – Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic
Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

Hi, I have tried this already but I only get the 4g logo in automatic (AT&T)
i also restarted my iphone several times etc...

I would suggest speak to our technical care team who will be able to check your account.
They can check to ensure everything is set up correctly.
If you have another phone you can call us on it will make it easier for you to complete any actions on your phone to get your data up and running.
