Data abroad

Anyone know if I have to do anything to use my phone's data abroad (in Europe) X sorry if silly question, never done it before as scared I would get stung!

You may use your usual allowances there with up to 15 GB data per billing month if you have more.

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave to check roaming is enabled on your account.

Welcome to the community.

 

As @XRaySpeX has advised, you can use your minutes, texts and up to 15GB of data from your allowance in Europe.

 

If you have a pay monthly account, before you go make sure you are set up to use your abroad

 

You can do this by texting ROAMING to 150, or you can log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate> They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated.
