No, unless you have an EE Max Plan or the Roam Further Pass. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/call-or-going-abroad/roaming-costs/countries/canada .

Do you know how much the roam further pass is and whether it ties you in for a set number of months?
