You seem to have many issues with EE roaming and travel service.
Try sending balance to 150 and see if that tells you.

@Northerner Just trying to use the service, that's all :).
BALANCE, as well as AL doesn't tell me any remaining Global Roaming minutes. Neither does My EE (app or website).

@Northerner not yet, will be shortly, but have purchased the add-on. Do you actually have to be roaming to check your allowances? ))))

@Profile closed If I couldn’t find the answer about a add on that’s not showing on my account and is not showing within my EE app I’ll be calling customer services as this is an account issue and there is no account access from with in a public forum such as this.

@Profile closed I would call customer services and request that they tell the remaining allowance as you can not find this information from your online account.

Thank you for taking the time to post today.
When I went to Florida in November 2017, I was able to view my remaining Global Minutes and Global Texts by texting AL to 150.

@Chris_B thinking isn't my strongest skill, I hang my head in shame. I assumed that all the allowances, roaming mins included, should show in myEE or be accessible via USSD/shortcodes at the very least. Unless told otherwise which I wasn't when purchasing the add-on.

@Lee_H Thanks. I wonder whether it would be too unreasonable to ask for remaining number of Global Roaming minutes to be shown at all times. A rhetorical one as obviously, it would be :).
Why two Live Chat agents couldn't simply tell me that on two separate occasions, is another question I would've asked but will not - don't want to be branded a troublemaker :).

I have noticed something strange with the text you recieved back from EE. There is no information about how many U.K. minutes or text messages you have remaining on your account.
I would recommend you contact EE customer service on 150 from your EE phone and get them to look into this.

@Inyourbox could be because I never bothered ordering itemised billing add-on and my mins/txts are unlimited? Or the text should say this anyway?

@James_B The experience trying to get an answer to that (simple?) question was...interesting though ;). I'm not talking about the ordinary Community members of course but rather EE (Live Chat, etc.).
