Have just changed from pay as you go to pay monthly. Now i cannot send texts or make calls. However i can recieve them and data works fine. Im in germany and wonder if that has had an effect on the change of plan?
@Doybe536 have you enable call abroad and premium rate numbers from within your online account?

That's great advice from @Chris_B. You can find your roaming settings by selecting Manage device from the menu in My EE.
