Cant make calls and receive calls. how i can contact EE? I cannot make calls so its impossible to contact Customer service. Any live chat? Im abroad at the moment so I cannot go to store personally.

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?
If you are with us on pay monthly can you check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and also Calling Abroad and Premium Rate >This will show as ticked if roaming is activated
If they are not ticked, can you activate these?

Yes, you need to spend at least 2 months in UK out of every 4 to benefit from EE's roaming plans, which are intended for UK residents.
