I am in Australia and cant make any phonecalls - I get a 'not registered on network' message.
I have logged in online to my account and can see I defintely have roaming turned on. I'm also in a major city so should be signal (i have signal bars on my phone)
Please can I get a live chat link to get this solved as stranded on wifi at the moment and cant even text 150 etc

Have you tried doing a manual network selection and try selecting a different network?
