Tried all other suggestions, i.e calling a friend using 00447 and trying to select a manual network.

@Nicmoore123 Did you setup roaming on your account before you left the UK ? If not you can login to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up, you can then use this to request roaming to be enabled on your account. Just to add it can take up to 24h before you get a signal on your device.

Hi @Nicmoore123 You may well be able to activate roaming yourself if you log into my Ee then device settings then manage device the option may be there to switch on roaming it is on my account

Hi @Nicmoore123 sorry you need the one underneath ticked as well like this if it is both ticked and still not working then you may need to try live chat in the morning

I think that you may need to activate roaming. That is potentially the problem.
