I travelled from the UK to Greece in late March. Everything seemed to be working fine until 20 April, when I received my last call. Since I wasn't using my UK phone much though, I didn't really pay any attention. I decided to top up a couple of days ago, and texted 150 to show me my balance. I got no response. I then rang my phone from a landline, but instead of the ringing tone, I got the tone showing that this number either has a technical problem or doesn't exist. I then tried to text one of my friends, but the message never went through. The 4g is the only thing that seems to be working.
I don't understand what the problem is. Any suggestions?

Good Morning @VeraKi.
Thanks for coming to the community.
Was your account pay monthly or pay as you go when you were in the UK?
When was the last time you used your SIM for any chargeable activity? Chargeable activity can be any of the following:
What network are you connected to?

Hi @Katie_B ,
Thanks for responding to my message.
My account was pay as you go when I was in the UK.
I topped up my account and bought a pack on 14 May. Since then, I have used the 4g internet, made a local call, and sent a couple of text messages to Greek numbers. When someone calls me though, there is still no ringing tone; they get the tone that I mentioned in my original post (the there-seems-to-be-a-technical-issue tone or tourourou tourourou, as I call it 😁). My phone has connected to the network of Wind.

@Katie_B , thanks so much for your input! I manually changed the network, and it worked! I can now receive calls again! 😀
Thank you once again; I really appreciate your help! 😁
All the best,
