My wife and I are currently abroad in Menorca. We are both EE personal contract customers.
Neither of our phones are able to make calls and we get a message saying 'calls to this number are restricted'. We have not had a problem abroad previously.
Can anyone help please? I've tried calling EE but get the same message!

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447*********
Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account?

Hi, thanks for the reply. We have tried both of these things and it is still the same. The network is showing as orange. We are both on personal contracts.

Hi again... just found out it seems my phone is not set up for roaming.
Move tried doing this online through my EE, but it says I have to dial 150...
thats doesn't work either!
How do I go about enabing roaming once I'm abroad please? Thanks
