Cannot make calls from abroad

Hi there,

I am visiting Lithuania at the moment. I can call back to UK without any issues but I cannot make any calls on Lithuanian numbers (so annoying). There is no issues with mobile data. I tried to restart my phone several times but there is no luck. Could someone help me ASAP?

Thanks,

Vaida

Hi,

Are you adding +370 to the number you are dialing?.

Yes, of course. I tried with +370, tried 0370 and just regular 86, but nothing works

Hi @vaidilute87,

Welcome back to the community.

What happens when you try to make a call, do you hear a recorded message?

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Thanks

Hi @vaidilute87,

Have you tried selecting a different network manually?

Thanks
