I'm in the USA and having difficulty using my phone. I'm trying to add the travel pass but every time I try to text 150 it fails, and I can't even call EE on my phone. All I want to do is get the £4 a day data package. Can anyone advise please? I have an iPhone 6s if that's relevant.

If you are an EE pay monthly customer you can use the live chat function under the EE section of the contact us page here.
They are available until 8pm UK time tonight and from 8am UK time tomorrow.

Because its only open until 8pm.
Click on the + next to EE and it expands with two chat options. Try again tomorrow after 8am UK time.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447*********
Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account?
