My phone won’t call from spain

You need to make sure your international calling is turned on,on your account,would be the most obvious thing,you can do this in the my Ee App

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?

 

If you have a pay monthly account, can you check your roaming and call abroad is set up in your account;

 

Check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and Call Abroad and Premium Rate Calls >They will show as ticked if they are active.

 

Can you activate these if not?
