I'm an ee pay as you go customer using an iPhone 4 I have added credit I have turned data roaming on on my phone. I have received a text telling me I can use my phone here but I can't send texts - I find the 'help' really difficult to find on ee - there doesn't seem to be a live chat button anywhere on my account page?

There is no live chat for PAYG.
Try turning off imessage under settings. Also try resetting your network settings.
