@Csjustdoit94 It sounds like you've not enabled roaming on your account. Unless you call customer services from a landline or other working device you will not be able to do this right now. You can wait till tomorrow and do this via live chat by login to your online account and waiting for the live chat window asking it you would like to live chat. Or one of the content team can help you tomorrow with a link for a live chat. @Richard_C can help with this if you wish.
