Can't message 150 to activate travelpass.

Have tried switching the networks, restarting the phone etc.  Data roaming is definitely on in my phone settings too. 

 

My partner has the same phone, same plan, and it hasn't happened to her so I'm not sure what the issue is.

@Bcapper88   Did you call customer services and request roaming to be enabled on your account?    You also shouldn't need data roaming on.

I've used it before in the EU, so it should work. 

 

I got the message as well saying "welcome to the USA just text 150" it just doesn't work, the message won't send.
