I use Pay As You Go an still have £3.69 credit.
Though I can't make calls or receive calls (I haven't tried with texts).
However, I still can use Facetime and iMessages.
This is very annoying because I'm applying for jobs and am very scared potential employers not being able to reach me.

Text AL to 150 to see what call allowance you have left.
You should always be able to receive calls.

I am not currently in the UK. Do you know what number I should dial to contact them from abroad?
Hope this will be sorted out soon because this is quite urgent.

No, I couldn't call EE because I can't call from my phone. I am currently in France; I asked a friend to lend me his phone but couldn't make a call abroad.
Is there a way to contact EE by email?

EE provide no email contact for mobile users.
