Hi just joined ee didn't know I had to activate ROAMING activated it more than 24 hours ago and still not working ROAMING turned on on phone too please help

It's not activating roaming on your phone that matters. Did you activate roaming on your MyEE a/c before you left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

Hello @Russelldp25 what phone do you have? Try restarting the phone and/or trying a manual network search and selecting another roaming network if possible. Can you access this link over the phones data (not WiFi) connection:
Is roaming showing as enabled when you log in to MYEE online and navigate to MYEE>manage device? 🙂
