Currently abroad and can’t make calls .
i can text and I can receive calls
my data roaming is set and been confirmed
I’ve done automatic network selection and tried others.
but when I try to mJe a call I get a message saying it’s restricted .
Help please !

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Call abroad and Premium rate is this showing as ticked?
If not, can you activate this within your My EE.
This can take up to 24 hours to update for you.
