Can't call to any number to uk or Cyprus

I topped up and have credit, i haven't used my phone for 4 months, sim should still be active, i even checked all my phone settings and mobile data, calls or texts don't work. When calling i get an error message and tried calling my phone(ee sim) from another phone and can't receive calls either. Im not currently in uk, so how can i fix the problem. My credit still stayed the same when turning on roaming but attenpting to call, text etc

I can see you have been provided some very important information regarding pay as you go hibernation. 

 

If you need to speak with our mobile care team however, cannot call from your SIM you can call the team on the number provided by @XRaySpeX which is +44 800 079 8586.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

 

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

hi,

i was using my pack mobile data as i bought a pack back in May and before that i dont remember if i sent a text (that wasn't part of the 30days pack). in January i was using my sim card a lot texts and calls. also back in July i think i have received texts like code verifications for my linked accounts but i dont think i made any texts.

what number can i dial to call ee from my other sim card that is working in order to re activate my 1st ee sim?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
