I am from the UK and currently working in the US.
I want to buy the roam further add on so I can use my data but when I try to do this is just says they are having technical difficulties.
Tried this on wifi and data.
I find this very unfair as I'm being forced to pay more I think.

Could you try texting ROAM FURTHER to 150?

Hey,
I got this message so hopefully my usage will be backdated:
"Thanks for choosing the Roam Further pass. Because you already have an active Travel Data pass on your account we need to make some tweaks to your account so both products work hand in hand. You'll receive confirmation when this is done."
