I am in turkey. My service provider has changed to TURKCELL though i can not make calls or reply to messages but can recive both. Also my phone says im on 4g but when i search something on google for example it says i have no internet

Our customer services team have access to your account and will be able to remove the international bar. Please contact them from an alternative phone.
Please come back to me, once you've spoken to them. I'd love to know that you got this sorted.

Sorry i have no other phone on me. My sisters phone is on same contract and also bared. I thought EE would of had an online chat to sort this issue

I do not have that option on my ee. Is this because i am not the account holder?
