Can no longer connect in Spain

I’ve been able to connect in Spain for over 24 hours, but it’s suddenly stopped working.

 

I've restarted my phone, turned off mobile network settings and then back on again, but nothing is working.

 

no texts, no 3G.

 

Currently using hotel WiFi.

I'm rrally sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, especially whilst abroad.

 

Are you able to contact EE customer service from abroad? You can view your contact options here (costs might occur for some options if abroad) or reach out to @EE on Twitter whilst you are connected to the hotel WiFi.

 

I hope this gets sorted quickly so you can have a pleasant time in Spain without having to worry about this.
