Can i deactivate call baring whilst abroad without calling ee??

Im currently abroad and cannot txt or call so i believe that call baring is the issue. Can i have this deactivted wothout having to call ee as i cannot make calls to do this??

If you're on pay monthly contract, login to My EE then click manage device then check if roaming is enabled.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.

 

Please also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using format of 00447*********, did this work?

Hello there i hve had to change my log in details to start an ee log in. I have checked and the call roaming is not activated. When i click it and press apply it says this cannot be performed. Please try again later. I really need this working asap. Thank you for your help.

Hello there i have tried both things and it says outgoing calls bared. The call roaming isnt selected on 'my ee' but i cant activate it. It says currently unable to pereform. Try again later. Im starting to get a little frustrated to say the least. I hate that it is assumed i would want options like this off. Please can we get this sorted asap.  Thabk you

If you log into your My EE account you will have an option to chat when an agent is available, or you can contact us using our contact numbers on the get in touch page using and alternative phone.
