Can I use my data in Australia

I have just reach Australia, and I got a text saying I can use my data and calls and texting normally out in Oz. But I check and before I left to go it said on the website that I needed a roaming payment to use my data. Now I’m getting mix information, I don’t know whether I’m allowed to use it or not.

Hi @eleanor_moss1

Can you please let me know if you are on EE Max plan?

If you are on max plan then you can use your data free of cost.

Hi @eleanor_moss1,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Please could you clarify if you were asked for a security deposit to activate roaming and what type of plan you are using?
