Calls to Europe barred

Hi,

My phone will not allow me to make calls or use data in Europe even when roaming is turned on. Likewise I cannot make calls to Europe from the UK.

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks

Ollie

Are you on contract or PAYG? If PAYG, do you have sufficient credit to pay for these International calls. They are not included in tour allowance,

Re: Calls to Europe barred

Hi there @Ojc22

Thanks for coming here.

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?

If you have a pay monthly account with us, you may need to activate your call abroad and premium rate calls as below:

If you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device >Call abroad and Premium rate calls > Is this showing as ticked?

If not, can you activate this setting?

Speak soon 🙂
