I have been in Portugal a while and use my iPhone 6s on the automatic carrier setting which picks up 'NOS' (Portuguse Network) with no problem.
Today however incoming calls are OK, but all outgoing calls fail!
If I do a manual search for other networks I find Vodaphone - which gives 'No Service" or 'Attice MEO' which gives a very weak signal but does allow calls but data is so slow as to be useless.
Why has the service with NOS suddenly changed?
Has 'EE' fallen out with them?
