Getting really fed up. Was in Norway at the end of July and although roaming was set up...I couldnt make/ receive calls and texts. So went into EE shop on my return and they said roaming was set up. Imagine my annoyance when now in Spain...I can text but I can't call. I have roaming set up on my account but haven't received a text saying welcome to Spain...so clearly something is wrong. I have tried all the usual things like looking for a network manually ; restarting etc...but it still doesn't work

What network are you currently connected to in Spain?
Do you get an error message when you try to make a call?

Are you able to check if International/Premium calling is set up on your account? It's slightly different to having roaming enabled.
You can do this on your My EE Account.
Alternatively, you could get in touch with our customer service team on live chat or calling from a different phone.
