Calling from the EU to UK

I have an EE phone in UK iPhone. Why can't I make calls to the UK while in Europe (Portugal)?

There is an automated message saying that I am doing an international call and that they are barred.

Thank you.

Re: Calling from the EU to UK

Hi @alia

You need to activate roaming in your account, assuming you didn't do so before leaving the UK. Try logging in to your online account and enabling roaming plus international calls.

If you cannot do this then you need to speak to CS.

Thanks
