Call baring password

Help! I'm I'm Paris and I can't text or make phone calls. The call barring is enabled and I want to turn it off but need a password. What do I do? I have a new phone and this password has never been changed.

Hi, 

 

You need to activate roaming so you can either use another phone to call CS on +44 (0) 7953 966 250 or ho into the shop area above/your online profile and use live chat if you are an EE pay monthly customer.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Are you using an EE, Orange or T-Mobile plan?

 

Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly account?
