Bill pay while roaming won't top up online

Hi

I'm bill pay but I have recently moved to Ireland 

It says my account has been suspended

I'm trying to top up online but it won't load the page to pay

I am signed in

My ee account no is xxxxxxxxxx

Is there another way that you can top up outside of the UK?

I can see that you have already had some great advice from @Chris_B last night.

 

Were you able to call our customer care team last night to make the payment?

 

Once you have called them to clear your outstanding balance, you can set up a direct debit if this would be easier and your payments will be taken automatically as long as you still have a UK bank account.

 

Come back and let us know if you need any further help.

Thanks for the reply

I've tried calling the number with my phone (a bill pay phone) and it won't work

I also called using an Irish landline and it wouldn't ring?
