I’m currently in Australia and text Travel to 150 to activate the data pass. I got a text saying this was now set up.
i can get a 4G signal but cannot connect to anything on the internet etc.
Checked my data roaming and it says I have zero allowance. Anyone know how to fix this?
I don’t really want to purchase 100mb for £8.40 rather than the travel pass as that should be £6 for 500mb a day.

I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
