Im currently staying in Poland and I need to make urgent calls to UK but all I get is the info that all calls to this number are barred from my phone. I havent barred anything manually - ive checked that. I also have a 10£ everything pack running with allowances remaining. I can use my data but I cannot even call the EE customer service.
Can anyone contact with me via online chat and solve this problem?
Ive also checked on my EE account and I cannot turn the roaming on manually from there.
Please help me Asap.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately all it says on site is that my device is unknown and I cannot change any settings manually I'm afraid.
What do I do now?

Does it say whether international calling is enabled?
Could you please try manually connection to a different network provider?:
|Apple||Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF|
|Android||Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK|
|Windows||Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search|

The website says only that my device is unknown and doesn't show any any info about roaming etc. It may be disabled. My phone is Xiaomi Redmi 5 plus and it doesn't seem to recognize it.
I've tried to connect manually to other networks but only T-Mobile works, I cannot connect with any other network. And with T-Mobile I get the same phone barred message.
What to do next?

@Christopher_G: PAYG devices are auto cleared for roaming & therefore there is nowt in their MyEE to control roaming.
@olajablecka: Don't worry about the "device unknown" in your MyEE. It is purely for display and does not affect anything. It will catch up eventually when you use MyEE back in UK.
